Machine Structure

Working Principle

Through the temp. test sensor, to monitor the temp. inside of the tank. Use vacuum pump to suck the air of the tank, to reduce bubbles. The max. vacuum degree can up to 0.095 Mpa. Through the temperature sensor, can test the temp., especially when heating/cooling the materials. It shows at the PLC screen. The temperature control jacket can be composed of electricity, steam, water, oil, refrigerant, etc. to achieve cooling or heating.
The Double Planetary Mixer is mainly used in the high density & viscosity materials. After mixing, will be discharged by extrusion machine. Use hydraulic station to press the materials out from the tank.
