In response to the characteristics of the battery exhibition, SIEHE Group has highlighted the ideal equipment for dispersing, mixing and drying of new chemical materials, such as the double planetary dispersing mixing system, and horizontal vacuum drying mixer, which can meet the diverse needs of customers in various application scenarios.

The advanced equipment manufacturing process of the double planetary dispersing mixer eliminates metal pollution and greatly improves the safety performance of lithium batteries. The high-speed disperser has a dispersion line speed of over 23m/s, which can effectively control the viscosity and fineness of the slurry. High viscosity kneading, with a solid content ranging from 55% to 90% in the slurry, and a maximum viscosity of up to 10,000Pa. s. It is currently the core equipment for slurry homogenization in the lithium battery industry. The horizontal vacuum drying mixer has developed a high sealing vacuum barrel for the battery anode material industry, which greatly reduces the drying time. With the method of circulating heating, a heat source system can be configured with multiple sets of drying mixers. Can handle large quantities of materials at the same time, high efficiency and energy saving.
