SIEHE Partnered Again with North African Petrochemical Giant, Successfully Delivered Grease Production Line

Recently, SIEHE Group successfully delivered a grease production line to a well-known North African petrochemical company. As the customer’s first grease project, the line will help further expand its lubricant product portfolio once operational. This second cooperation, following a 2021 lubricating oil equipment project, reflects the customer’s strong trust in SIEHE’s equipment quality and technical expertise, and further strengthens SIEHE's brand presence in North Africa.

The line covers key processes including raw material conveying, pressure saponification, atmospheric blending, homogenization, vacuum processing, and finished product filling, enabling continuous and automated production of multiple grades of high-quality grease.

The line's core saponification reactor incorporates advanced Japanese grease-making process concepts and innovative design for high-temperature, high-pressure saponification. Equipped with multiple combined agitators, it uses bidirectional agitation to promote overall material circulation, enhance heat transfer, and accelerate saponification. Suitable for greases of various viscosities and properties, it significantly improves production efficiency and product uniformity.

The high-shear homogenization stage uses an SMK colloid mill with a multi-stage toothed stator-rotor design and stepless gap adjustment, set optimally per formulation to form a uniform, dense soap fiber network, ensuring the grease maintains excellent lubricating performance even under high loads.

The line integrates a vacuum system that enables efficient moisture removal under vacuum at relatively low temperatures, shortening the saponification cycle, rapidly eliminating entrapped air, increasing product density, and improving product appearance and overall quality.

To ensure rapid commissioning, SIEHE will send expert engineers to the site for installation guidance and full line commissioning, guaranteeing efficient and stable operation.

This successful delivery highlights SIEHE’s strong capabilities in complete lubricant production lines and further strengthens its presence in North Africa and global markets. Moving forward, SIEHE will continue to focus on lubricating grease, oil, and fine chemical equipment, partnering with global customers to support the high-quality development of the industry.
