Vacuum High Speed Disperser
Vacuum High Speed Disperser is a functional machine developed based on the standard High Speed Disperser. A closed lid, with spring seal ring mounted in a milling groove of the cover flange, is completely closed with tank and ensures no air leakage under vacuum operation surroundings. Vacuum pump is in option whose ultimate vacuum degree can be upto -0.0998MPa (20mbar). It shows excellent performance during special dispersing condition such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, inert gases protection, etc..

Work principle
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives the whole transmission, working group and closed cover up and down. During operation, the cover and tank is completely closed to realize vacuum dispersing result with the help of vacuum system.

High efficiency, better quality
The Max. rotation speed can be up to 2930rpm (For bigger power, maximum 1450rpm), linear velocity is over 20m/s, it can rapidly disperse the powder in the liquid evenly; Due to its high shear forces, the material will be uniformly dispersed and formed a good suspension effect. Due to the strong shearing force, the materials are dispersed evenly and form good suspension effect.

Safer and higher environmental protection
The machine has a lid that is lifted up and together with host, together with material tank to achieve totally closed, and generate a high vacuum degree, which contributes directly to avoid the solution volatilization. All the working condition can be supervised with the help of the sight glass with a lamp. In addition, sanitary manhole is valued for cleaning and feeding materials.

Various installation ways
With compact structure, the machine can be floor type and platform type. Tank working with the mixer can be removable type or fixed type.

Customized Options
Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, co-axial type/dual-shaft type, multi-tanks type, etc.. Material can be customized to be SS304 \SS321 \SS316L stainless steel.
