Lab Basket Mill
The lab basket mill is a small dispersing grinding equipment developed by SIEHE Group for the laboratory needs of institutions and scientific research institutions. It is suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids and is a laboratory equipment for intermittent production. The equipment has a digital speed display (0~3000rpm), stepless speed regulation, can run for a long time, and has stable operation and low noise. The dispersing and grinding are integrated, which reduces the process, improves production efficiency, and reduces material waste. Compared with other laboratory grinding equipment, the lab basket mill has high efficiency, good fineness, and is easier to clean, and is suitable for grinding a variety of materials.

Working Principle:
The motor of the lab basket mill drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disk to rotate at high speed, causing a vacuum to be formed on the upper part of the dispersion disk and inside the basket chamber, and the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The lever drives the grinding media in the chamber to generate forces in all directions. The particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the media, making the particle size smaller and the particle size range narrower. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disk generates eddy currents that disperse the materials in the chamber. It is sucked out and recycled to the feed, which has a very significant dispersion and mixing effect.
The electric lifting device lifts and lowers to drive the grinding device to lift together.

High grinding efficiency and good fineness
The maximum rotation speed of the equipment can reach 6000rpm. The powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia lever to make the grinding media in the cavity move irregularly, and the high-speed collision and friction between them makes the powder particle size quickly decrease; the grinding fineness can generally reach about 5um, and some products can reach submicron or even nanometer level.

Easy operation and cleaning
It is equipped with an electric control cabinet and a frequency converter, which facilitates the startup and speed control of the equipment; it is equipped with an electric lifting device, which can achieve relative sealing between the cylinder body and the cover, and less solvent volatilization during the grinding process; the unique design of the grinding chamber makes it very convenient for both solvent circulation cleaning and disassembly and cleaning of the grinding chamber.

Low temperature rise, product stability
The batching barrel is equipped with a cooling jacket, and the grinding chamber is equipped with a cooling jacket. The double cooling makes the cooling effect of the equipment better during operation, and the normal temperature rise is less than 10℃.

It can be customized to explosion-proof type and vacuum type; the grinding chamber can be customized to zirconium oxide material; the equipment material can be customized to SS316L stainless steel.
