Working Principle
Air Jet Grinder form a whole set of crushing system with cyclone separator, dust collector, Induced draft fan. Compressed air, after filtration and drying, will spray into the grinding chamber in a high-speed by laval nozzle; in the intersection of strains of high pressure air flow, the material is repeated collision, shearing and crushing, under the action of the draught fan, the crushed material is rising to the classification area with the updraft movement, under the strong centrifugal force the high speed rotating of the stage turbine bring out, the material was separate according to the different fineness, the fine particles which meet the requirement of the particle size will enter into the cyclone separator and the dust remover collection by hierarchical wheel, coarse particle decreased to the crushing zone and continue to grind.
