Lab Dual Shafts Butterfly Dispersing Mixer
Lab Dual Shafts Butterfly Dispersing Mixer is a new product developed by SIEHE Industry with dispersing, stirring (scraping) functions for laboratory use. It is good for the materials with mid-and-high viscosity and thixotropy property. Dispersing and mixing of materials can work at same time, which makes it more adaptable. It also can be customized based on the materials property and production technology.

Working Principle
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. The strong shear impact and friction between the particles achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution function. The butterfly agitator can produce better radial and axial action, accelerate the material circulation, and improve the dispersion efficiency.

The equipment has strong dispersing and shearing force, which can quickly and fully disperse powder materials into liquid materials; the unique angle design of the butterfly agitator has good stirring and mixing effects; double dispersion and mixing ensures product quality and dispersion effect.

The equipment uses the electric push rod as the lifting actuator, simple operation, high stability; Dispersion plate and agitator can be easily disassembled and replaced quickly, easy to clean.

Various agitator types
Different design of dispersing discs and agitators based on different production technology and materials property ensures the best dispersing and mixing result. The mixer is equipped with a PTFE wall scraping paddle function to remove mixing dead corners, avoid slurry hanging on the wall, and improve product uniformity.

Can be customized for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof type, sealed vacuum type，material can be customized according to requirements of SUS304/SS321/SS316L stainless steel.
