Lab Tri-roller Mill is a small grinding equipment developed by SIEHE Group for the laboratory needs of institutions and scientific research institutions. It is particularly suitable for processing products with high viscosity and fine particle size requirements. It is one of the wet grinding equipment with the highest grinding fineness. Working Principle:
The equipment consists of three rollers, which are installed on a frame and driven directly by an electric motor. Generally, the rollers rotate in different directions, with the front roller rotating forward and the middle roller rotating backward. The front roller rotates faster and the rear roller rotates slower. The middle roller is fixed, and the front and rear rollers are installed on the slideway. There is a spring device to adjust the distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller by hydraulic pressure. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller, is squeezed by the rollers, and the product particles become finer, and then are taken out by the fast roller. A scraper is installed at the end of the fast roller to separate the material from the roller and fall into the collection bucket. Since a lot of heat is generated during the grinding process, the center of each roller is designed as a hollow structure, which is cooled by water to ensure product quality.
