Lab Nano Beads Mill
Lab nano beads mill is a new type of grinding machine, which is specially designed and produced for laboratories and pilot plants. It can accurately simulate various working conditions during industrial mass production. Online sampling is extremely convenient, which is convenient for detecting material grinding particles. The equipment adopts a continuous working mode and uses imported ultra-fine pure zirconium oxide beads. It has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, good grinding fineness, wide range of use, and good wear resistance. At the same time, the overall zirconium oxide material of the grinding chamber can not only greatly reduce component loss and prolong service life, but also greatly reduce the pollution of the ground material; the grinding chamber and the material tank are equipped with cooling water jackets to increase the cooling area and efficiency and solve the problem of heat dissipation. The machine is equipped with a diaphragm metering delivery pump with adjustable flow, which can adjust the flow rate for different materials to achieve the appropriate effect.

Working Principle:
With imported high-precision double-end mechanical seals, the smallest grinding media can be used. The material enters the grinding chamber from the top with the feed pump. During the intense grinding process, the rod pin and the stator continuously and violently impact the grinding media, and the grinding media then acts on the material, so that the material is fully ground.

Ultrafine zirconium beads, nano-grinding
Imported ultrafine pure zirconium oxide beads are used, which have the advantages of high grinding efficiency, good grinding fineness, wide application range and good wear resistance. Due to the pump delivery pressure, the equipment can also grind products with high viscosity. The separation screen can choose fineness ranging from 0.1mm/0.2mm/0.3mm, so that the material fineness can reach up to about 200 nanometers.

The grinding chamber is equipped with a special cooling water jacket. Water cooling is carried out when the equipment is running, which has a good cooling effect. The normal temperature rise is less than 10°C. The equipment is equipped with temperature and pressure monitoring, and the "protection value" can be set to ensure product quality.
