Double-layer Movable Tank

Movable tank, referred to as tank, is mainly used for small scale production mixing or temporary storing. There is a discharge valve on the bottom side, which is convenient for connecting the pipeline to discharge the material. The upper part can be equipped with a cover to prevent the splashing of materials and the volatilization of solvent products during the mixing process. It is often used in conjunction with High-speed Dispersers, High-shear Emulsifiers, various Mixers, Grinders and others to assist in the completion of stirring, mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, grinding and other processes. According to the number of layers, they are divided into single-layer movable tank, double-layer movable tank, multi-layer tank, multi-layer tank etc. The Double-layer Movable Tank has one more layer on the basis of the Single-layer Movable Tank. It can be divided into normal Double-layer Movable Tank, Thickened Movable Tank for Press Machine, Electric Heating Double-layer Movable Tank, etc. It can be equipped with heating/cooling jacket, which makes the Double-layer Movable Tank have better thermal insulation performance and durability.
