Flow-aiding Activation Hopper

The Flow-aiding Activation Hopper, also known as the Vibrating Hopper, is a new type of feeding machine, usually installed at the bottom of various silos. It activates the material through vibration and can eliminate the arching, clogging and sticking of the material. It is an arch-breaking and anti-occlusion feeding machine with the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, simple structure and easy maintenance.

Working principle

The appearance of the flow-aid activation hopper is conical, mainly composed of a cone, polymer seals, upper and lower flanges, suspension components, and a vibrator. Using the sub-resonance principle, the activation feeder can amplify and store through springs, and exert exciting force near the resonance point while avoiding the resonance point. The material is vibrated and loosened above the equipment with a larger activation area. In this process, the amount of material discharged must be greater than the activation amount, so that the activated material can fall smoothly without being blocked or under silo pressure.
