Configuration Selection
Turbine structure, pin-type rotor structure
Different structures are selected for different material characteristics.
The turbine structure prevents excessive dispersion of materials.
Pin-type rotor structure: The structure has a high linear velocity, and the impact and grinding effect on the material is more intense. It is suitable for grinding needs that are difficult to disperse, high viscosity, and no special requirements for the material structure
Working principle:
The grinding parts include a rotating shaft, a grinding chamber, a grinding disc and a filter. The main shaft drives the grinding disc to rotate at high speed. The material on the grinding disc will be affected by the centrifugal force, generating centrifugal force to disperse outward.
The centrifugal force pushes the material strongly onto the stirring shaft, making the relative movement between the material stirrers more intense, thereby accelerating the grinding effect. At the same time, the centrifugal force can also help remove the grinding debris in the material to avoid the interference of the grinding debris on the grinding process. The centrifugal grinder can also adjust the speed of the grinding structure and the type of material as needed to meet different grinding needs.
Usually, the higher the speed of the grinding structure, the greater the centrifugal force, and the better the grinding effect. Choosing different types of grinding structures can achieve grinding of different materials.
