For the company's production process, we designed a set of food sauce production system, including mixing, discharging, filling, cleaning and other links, by 500L double planetary dispersing mixer and a number of supporting tanks, extruder, semi-automatic filling machine, barrel washing machine and other equipment, the whole system is efficient and convenient, the production capacity of up to 10 tons/day. According to the mixing conditions of sauces, we also configure a vacuum system to avoid bubbles that affect the taste during the mixing process, thus ensuring product quality.
