1000T/year Water-based Paint Production Line
The production line consists of: feeding system, paste-making system, tinting system, discharging & filtrating system, filling system and control system; It can satisfy the production of various building paint such as exterior wall paint, interior wall paint, elastic paint, wall putty etc. Using hydraulic lifting high speed disperser and basket mill as pulping devices, the grinding products have the advantages of good fineness, high stability, small chromatism and less pollution. This production line is characterized in less investment, less area occupation, easier running and maintenance and higher investment return.

Working principle
Generally speaking, water-based paint production process contains following steps: batching, dispersing, milling, tinting, filtering and filling.
Batching and conveying: liquid batching adopts pumps, flow meter; powder batching adopts weighing system and air conveying; additives batching adopts weighing method.
Dispersing: the first step to make paste. Powder material is equably dispersed into liquid by high-speed disperser which generates uniform white paste without aggregation.
Milling: second step of making paste. White paste is ground to required fineness by German-tech basket mill.
Tinting: emulsion, color paste and additive are added into paste and mixed by single shaft or multi-functional mixer in tinting kettle.
Filtering: impurities are removed with the help of bag type filter or self-cleaning filters.
Filling: filtered products are filled whose specification is normally 10-25kg. Semi-auto or automatic filling machine are optional.

Wide Range of Products and Easy to Change and Clean
Tinting system adopts hydraulic lifting high-speed dispersion machine, which can produce and deploy paint products from low to high viscosity. The dispersion disc is fixed with hex bolts and spindle, which can be easily disassembled and replaced quickly, easy to clean, and different dispersion discs can be replaced according to the process conditions.
