For the production of high solid content & high viscosity materials, SIEHE Group customized one whole units of structural adhesive production line machines. This system includes: vacuum feeder system, double planetary mixer system, discharging system, tank washing system, tracking system, and control system. To ensure that each production link meets the standardized requirements, this precise control not only ensures the uniformity and stability of the product, but also prolongs the service life of the equipment‌. The structural adhesive produced has excellent adhesion, aging resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable performance under extreme weather conditions.

Product Advantages

Powerful mixing function and wide application range
2 units of 1000L double planetary dispersing mixer, with screw frame agitators. Lathed by CNC center, the manufacturing accuracy can be 10um, the gaps between the agitators, agitators to the tank wall, and agitators to the tank bottom can be controlled precisely, to achieve dead-angle-free mixing as well as strong kneading effect. Extrusion machine through pressure plate pressure discharge. The removable tank is a double-layer with Heating/cooling jacket and decoration layer, which can satisfy the stringent requirements to control the temp. of the materials during mixing.
Tank automatic moving track improves the production rhythm
With tracking system to connect the machines (Double planetary mixers, extrusion machines and washing machine) together. With empty tanks transfer location, mixing location, discharging location and washing location. Easier operation, higher efficiency and less space needed.
Automatic cleaning system, safe and stable
The empty tank walks to the turntable position, rotates and moves to the cleaning station, and the rotary scrubbing container washing machine pneumatic lifts and circulates to clean the tank wall. It can automatically and thoroughly clean the paint, ink, adhesive and other high viscosity materials on the barrel through the special cleaning head, simple operation, high stability, can reduce labor intensity and save labor cost.
Intelligent control system, easy to operate
The whole system with PLC + HMI touch screen, high automation and easier for integrated controlling. Can programmed with over 20 sets of parameters.
