MS sealant production line

The MS sealant production system is designed and built by SIEHE Group, which is specialized used for mixing, dispersing, reaction and other processes of high viscosity materials such as adhesives and sealants. This production line adopts a two-layer layout, composed of automatic batching system, mixing system,extrusion system, tank cleaning system, tank automatic moving track and so on. The central control system is composed of sensors, actuators, communication network and HMI human-computer interaction system, in order to realize fully automation of batching, mixing, filling, cleaning and other production processes, which finally achieving capacity upgrading. The MS sealant produced has excellent performance and is widely used in construction, automobile manufacturing and maintenance, shipbuilding, aviation, furniture and other industries.

  • Automatic feeding, accurate control of batching speed and accuracy
    The automatic batching system of this production line consists of three parts: powder batching, liquid batching, and auxiliary batching. The entire unpacking process is carried out in a sealed space equipped with a dust collector, with dust-free feeding, high feeding accuracy, stable product quality, and greatly reduced labor intensity. We can adopt various batching methods according to different working conditions to provide customers with a stable, reliable, accurate and efficient metering batching system.

    SIEHE Group has in-depth research and development innovation in the mixing field, and has formed a unique high viscosity mixing new products, which can be customized according to various non-standard processes. The main equipment of this production line is three double planetary dispersing mixers, which are the core equipment of the adhesive industry and can handle viscosity up to 10,000Pa.s. Screw frame agitator precision casting, processed by CNC to minimize the gaps between the blades and the blades and the barrel wall and bottom. It has better kneading force, uniformity and mixing efficiency; Combined with a powerful high-speed disperser, it can achieve efficient mixing and dispersion.
  • Tank automatic moving track improves the production rhythm
    With tracking system to connect the machines (double planetary mixers, extrusion machines and washing machine) together, small footprint, improve the rhythm of production. After the mixing is completed, the tank goes to the extruder to discharge the material. The empty tank walks to the turntable position, rotates and moves to the cleaning station, and the automatic barrel washing machine cleans the empty tank without dead corners in all directions.

    The equipment adopts man-machine interface, PLC control system, online with the batching system, and supports manual/automatic input formula, convenient operation, remote control can be achieved.
