Challenge: In chemical industry, production requires strong mixing power support. However, the general mixer has some shortcomings, such as low power, complex operation, and uneven mixing of materials, resulting in a waste of resources and restricting the production efficiency of the factory. At the same time, the pressure to protect the environment and save energy also makes the factory need a reliable and stable solution to improve production efficiency.

Solution: To meet the production needs of WACKER, we offer 2 units of machines: SXJB-1000 Double Planetary Dispersing Mixers + SYC-1000 Extrusion machines + SLC-1000 Tanks. The machines are convenient and safe to operate, and with stable performance. This configuration greatly improves the quality of silicone mixing and further improves the operating efficiency of the production line.

Product introduction:
The Double Planetary Mixer mainly consists of the tank, mixing and dispersing agitators, planetary box, motor, control system, etc.. Besides, it can also be customized with scraper, heating/cooling jacket, temperature test senor, vacuum pump, weighing senor, explosion proof motors, and safety controlling etc. per to the production needs for different materials.
During the production process, can input the parameters and production flow into the PLC system. The low-speed mixer starts to rotate and revolute around the main axis, causing the material mixing up and down. The high-speed disperser rotated in the same direction, to shear, disperse and mix materials in high efficiency.
It has good mixing, reaction, dispersion, mixing effect, suitable for mixing and produce the solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, paste-paste and other material with large range in density, proportion, and viscosity. Because of its great output torque, it is widely used in adhesive, silicone, high-grade ink, putty and other fields.

High mixing efficiency and wide application range. The mixing and dispersion agitators rotate and revolve around the main axis at a high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading action, to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing.
Easy and safe for operation. The machine uses the double cylinder as the lifting actuator, with the control valve to control the mixer to rise, stop and fall. The operation is simple and the stability is high. The machine is equipped with a locking cylinder device to prevent the displacement of the barrel in the work and cause safety accidents. The interlocking device can be set to prevent mis-operation.
The material does not stick to the wall, discharging quite cleaner. The scraper rotates and scrapes closely against the barrel wall. The removable tank wall is finished by a large vertical lathe, and polished by a large automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall when rotating. There will be no material residues on the barrel wall to improve the discharge efficiency.
