SIEHE Shone at Japan’s Top Coatings Exhibition, Driving the Future of Intelligent Innovation

The three-day Paint & Coating Japan 2025 concluded successfully on November 14 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. As a leading enterprise in intelligent coating equipment, SIEHE Group showcased multiple innovative achievements at the expo, demonstrating its robust capabilities in coating production automation and green intelligent manufacturing.

The Japan Tokyo Coatings Exhibition, one of Asia's largest and most influential coating industry events, is co-organized by Reed Exhibitions Japan and the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association. A key bellwether for global coating technology trends, the 2025 edition set a new record in scale, bringing together leading international brands and cutting-edge technologies from sectors including green coatings, high-performance resins, and smart manufacturing equipment.

At the exhibition, SIEHE Group presented a range of innovative solutions, including the Automatic Coating Production Line, Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line, Adhesive/Sealant Production System, TDS Solid-Liquid Mixing Line, Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer, and Continuous Dispersing Emulsifier. These products demonstrated  the company's technological achievements in high-efficiency automation, intelligent control, and energy-saving and environmental protection.

The Automatic Coating Production Line integrates core technologies such as automatic batching, high-speed dispersion, precise filling, and intelligent control, enabling seamless automation from raw materials to finished products. This integrated approach helps customers build safe, efficient, and eco-friendly smart factories. Designed for processing high-viscosity materials, the Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line features a dual planetary disperser capable of handling viscosities up to 10,000 Pa.s. With its high degree of automation, the line significantly improves production efficiency and product consistency.
