Robotic Palletizing Line

The robotic palletizing line consists of a bag-forming machine, a buffer conveyor, a pick-up conveyor, an automatic pallet storage system, a robotic palletizer, a robotic gripper, a safety zone protection system, and an electrical control system. It performs fully automated palletizing of various bags and boxes, featuring fast palletizing, uniform pallet formation, and a high level of automation. It is widely applicable to packaging products and materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, chemicals, fertilizers, logistics, building materials, and pharmaceuticals.

Product Overview

Qualified packaging bags (cartons) are conveyed to the shaping machine via a conveyor, where they are flattened. When the bags (cartons) reach the pick-up position, the robotic palletizer uses a light-sensing sensor to detect the pick-up position. It then picks up the bags, turns them, and stacks them. The bags (cartons) are automatically stacked according to the preset pallet pattern, completing the palletizing process.
