The blades of bottom-mounted dispersers are mounted at the bottom of the container, achieving optimal emulsifying results even with relatively low liquid levels (small amounts). The bottom-mounted disperser's design eliminates shafts and long shafts, resulting in a stable structure suitable for disintegrating large lumps or aggregates and easy cleaning. A variety of models are available, capable of stable operation at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 160°C.

Working Principle
The main working components consist of a stator and a rotor. Under the centrifugal and hydraulic forces of the rapidly rotating rotor, the stator subjects the material to a combination of intense shearing, centrifugal compression, impact fracture, liquid layer friction, and turbulent uniformity, thereby instantly achieving uniform and fine dispersion and emulsification of various immiscible media such as solid, liquid, and gas phases. Through repeated cycles, a stable high-quality product is ultimately obtained.
