SIEHE Group has successfully delivered a customized Horizontal Plough Type Vacuum Drying System to ACI PLC, a leading chemical company in Bangladesh. This first-time collaboration not only demonstrates SIEHE's technical prowess in high-end drying equipment but also strengthens its foothold in South Asia and global emerging markets.

ACI is one of the largest diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, with high standards for equipment quality and process performance. With proven expertise in high-end industrial equipment, SIEHE earned ACI’s trust by delivering a customized horizontal ploughshare vacuum drying system to support more efficient and stable upgrades in pesticide production.
The system incorporates multiple core units including powder unpacking and conveying, automatic liquid batching, mixing and drying, intelligent control, CIP cleaning, and temperature control modules.

Key technical highlights include:
Automatic Batching System: Powder materials are fed via small bag stations, controlling dust and preventing foreign object entry; material carried by exhaust is returned via a built-in dust collector to minimize loss. Liquid is pressure-fed from tanks equipped with Mettler Toledo load cells (accuracy: 0.3%); tank pressure is adjustable for precise spraying control.
Mixing and Drying System: The core equipment is a Horizontal Plough Type Drying Mixer. Its main shaft and plough-shaped agitator are 3D-designed to generate intense axial and radial material movement during high-speed rotation, enhancing mixing uniformity and efficiency. The clearance between blades and chamber is minimal (5±2 mm) for low residue. Side-mounted high-speed choppers quickly disperse and deagglomerate lumpy material, preventing moist clusters. Equipped with a heating jacket and vacuum condensation system, the high-vacuum sealed environment lowers the liquid boiling point, enabling low-temperature efficient drying.

Intelligent Control System: It features an independent electrical cabinet controlled by a Siemens PLC and a large touchscreen, enabling centralized operation and real-time monitoring of mixing, drying, vacuum, heating/cooling, and other process units.
To ensure the equipment fully met the client's production needs, SIEHE conducted comprehensive process simulation tests with the full participation of ACI’s technical team, who highly praised its process performance, automation level, vacuum sealing, and operational stability.
Moving forward, SIEHE Group will continue to collaborate closely with global partners to drive the smart and sustainable transformation of industrial manufacturing, providing more efficient and reliable integrated equipment solutions worldwide.
