SIEHE Group has successfully completed its first collaboration with a renowned South Korean chemical company, delivering a batch of high-performance mixing and extrusion equipment. The project supports the client's new product R&D, marks a key breakthrough for SIEHE in the South Korean market, and demonstrates its expertise in high-viscosity mixing equipment and integrated delivery capabilities.

The core equipment delivered includes lab-scale and 200L Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer, Hydraulic Extruder, along with a temperature control unit and vacuum feeding system—covering applications from R&D to mass production to facilitate the client’s product development and reliable manufacturing.

As SIEHE’s flagship product, the Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer is designed for complex, high-viscosity materials (up to 10,000 Pa·s). Its twisted blades are precision cast and machined in one setup on a gantry machining center, delivering excellent kneading, uniformity, and dispersion. Equipped with a double-layer high-speed disperser and interchangeable butterfly blades, it enhances dispersion efficiency while adapting flexibly to diverse process requirements.

The Hydraulic Extruder ensures efficient, stable production by enabling continuous discharge of high‑viscosity silicone materials. Together, the Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer and Extruder form a core equipment system that bridges the gap between lab R&D and mass production—shortening product cycles while improving batch stability and process consistency.

Following delivery, SIEHE’s engineering team promptly provided on-site installation guidance, system commissioning, and operation training to ensure swift startup. Moving forward, SIEHE will continue to focus on high-end equipment and integrated services, helping global chemical and advanced materials companies achieve more efficient and intelligent manufacturing upgrades.
