Process Flow:
This powder drying conveying system is composed of small & ton bag unpacking feeding station, vacuum feeder, vertical ribbon vacuum dryer, screw conveyor, metering tank and other equipment, placed on the steel structure platform, the space layout is reasonable, safe and reliable.
The alumina hydroxide powder is unpacked by the small & ton bag unpacking feeding station. Through hose, the feeding station’s conical bottom hopper is contacted the receiver hopper of vacuum feeder.
After the wet material enters the bin, the vertical ribbon vacuum dryer heats the material to dry. At the same time, the vacuum is pumped to reduce the hot spot of volatilization of the liquid and reduce the liquid content in the air. With the ribbon stirr, the material is continuously rolled and mixed, shortening the drying time and improving the work efficiency. The gas generated in the mixing and drying process of the material is heated and liquefied by the condenser to the liquid collection tank, which can be manually blown down.
The screw conveyor is installed on the discharge port of the dryer to transport the dry powder, and the screw speed is controlled by a frequency converter to improve the speed and accuracy of the batching.
The metering tank is used for the temporary storage of dry powder, with a Metler-Toledo weighing module, which converts the output signal to the PLC through the weight control instrument, so that the material can be accurately transported to the next process.
