As the market expands, the company urgently needs an efficient and environmentally friendly mixing & packing production line to achieve the development goals of improving product quality and production efficiency, and broadening the market.
Solution: After deep communication, the scheme drawing was finally finalized. SIEHE has customized a spice production system for this manufacturer, which consists of unpacking and feeding station system, vacuum feeding system, mixing and blending system, liquid spraying system, storage bins/silos, packing system, steel operation platform, and electric control system. The capacity is around 1000kg/batch, and 16T/8h/day. This production line improves the quality of spices and further increase the operating efficiency and production capacity of the production line.
Process Flow:
The powder raw materials are unpacked by the small & ton bag unpacking feeding station. Through hose, the feeding station’s conical bottom hopper is contacted the receiver hopper (fixed on the feeding inlet of the mixer) of vacuum feeder. The feeding station has a built-in dust removal system to ensure a clean feeding environment, it is also equipped with a sieving function to prevent large particles and debris from get into the mixing system.
Various ingredients are mixed by a horizontal plough mixer which is equipped with a liquid spray system, the liquid raw materials are sprayed into the mixer through the nozzles so that the liquid is evenly coated on the surface of the powder and quickly absorbed, achieving uniform mixing without agglomeration.
Then the mixer discharges the materials into the temporary storage bin. After passing through the sieve machine, the finished product is packaged by a ton bag packing machine and a top-open small bag packing machine (with a heat-sealing machine and a sewing machine).
The small bags then pass through a metal detector, which automatically removes bags with excessive metal content.
The whole production line is controlled by SIEMENS PLC + touch screen which supports recipe output and storage. It is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
