Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor is mainly used for horizontal or oblique conveying granules and not dusty materials. The materials are transported from materials charging port to materials discharging port in a cycled belt conveyor. It can be multi- charging points and multi-discharging points. It is with big transport capacity, low energy consumption, low noise, safe and reliable. The specially designed belt conveyor can also with multi discharging outlet. At same time, it also can be designed to be sealed belt to solve the dust flying problem of the belt conveyor.

Working Principle
Belt Conveyor is a machine taking the friction as the driving force to transport materials in continuous way. The equipment consists of frame, conveyor belt, support, roller, tensioning device, driving device etc. From the materials charging point to the materials discharging point, it generates a materials transport process on a certain transport line. The design of the machine is not only suitable for crushed materials, but also suitable for finished products. Excluding transport pure materials, it can also work together with production process in production system to have streamlined conveying line.

Belt materials can be rubber, canvas, PVC, PU etc. Except for general materials, it also can transport materials with special requirements such oil resistant, corrosion resistant, anti-static materials. Can adopt special food-grade belt to meet to requirement of industries such as food, pharmacy and daily chemicals.
