Butterfly Disperser (Dual-shaft)
The Butterfly Disperser is a product based on the Single-shaft Hydraulic Lifting Disperser, which has the functions of dispersing and mixing (with scraper); this product has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials, dispersing and mixing at the same time. It has strong adaptability and can be customized according to the characteristics of the customer's materials and production process requirements.

Work principle
Through the high-speed rotation of dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles. The butterfly agitator can produce good radial and axial effects, accelerate material circulation, and improve mixing and dispersion efficiency.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to go up and down, which drives the whole transmission and working group up and down.

Various installation ways
Different dispersing disc and agitator sizes are designed according to process conditions and material characteristics to achieve the best dispersing and mixing effects; The agitator can be designed with a scraper to remove mixing dead corners, prevent materials from staying on the wall then to improve the uniformity of the finished products.

Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, closed vacuum type, etc. Construction material can be customized to be SS304 \SS321 \SS316L stainless steel.
