Cartridge Automatic Filling Machine

The high viscosity slurry filling machine is the supporting equipment of the planetary mixer or multi-function mixer. Its function is to distribute the mixed materials into various packaging forms such as tubes, bottles, barrels, bags, etc.  For adhesive products, commonly used filling machines include: cartridge filling machine and sausage filling machine. Cartridge filling machine is divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic types. It can also be used with automatic packing and palletizing lines to achieve fully automatic filling. Cartridge Automatic Filling Machine adopts the filling method of upright stepping to feed the cartridge, single-head or double-head vertical nozzle synchronous filling, and intermittent shifting.  It has the functions of automatic tube loading, automatic quantitative filling, automatic wire breaking after filling, automatic capping, automatic pneumatic capping, automatic detection and single-person management operation.  The material is generally fed by extrusion machine.
