Cartridge Semi-automatic Filling Machine
The high viscosity slurry filling machine is the supporting equipment of the planetary mixer or multi-function mixer. Its function is to distribute the mixed materials into various packaging forms such as tubes, bottles, barrels, bags, etc. For adhesive products, commonly used filling machines include: Cartridge filling machine and sausage filling machine. Cartridge filling machine is divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic types. The cartridge semi-automatic filling machine includes processes such as manual bottle loading, automatic filling and automatic stoppering. The materials are generally fed by extrusion machine.

Working Principle
This machine consists of a frame, a tube storage box, a cartridge tube conveyor, a hydraulic filling pump, an automatic capping machine, a pneumatic capping device, a hydraulic system and an electrical control system. It adopts a horizontal stepper conveying cartridges, single-head filling nozzle synchronous filling, intermittent shifting working mode filling. It has the main functions of automatic tube loading, automatic quantitative synchronous filling, automatic wire breaking after filling, automatic capping, automatic pneumatic capping, automatic detection and automatic coding.

High Automation
The electrical control system adopts PLC and touch screen, which is easy to operate and reliable; including manual bottle loading, automatic filling and automatic stoppering and other processes.

High Safety
A detection sensor is installed so that the machine can alarm and shut down when no bobbin or cap is detected at any station, preventing waste of materials and contamination of the machine due to incorrect filling without pipes. It can be used to filling if there is a pipe, not to filling if there is no pipe, automatically press the cap if there is a pipe, and stop and alarm if there is no cap or pipe.

High Filling Efficiency
Two extrusion machines can be connected at the same time. When working, an extrusion machine is working, and when a barrel of material is used up, the automatic switch to another extrusion machine starts to continue to transport materials without affecting the filling.
