Working Principle
Cartridge type dust collector consists of top box, middle box, bottom box(dust bin), soot cleaning system, dust relief device, blow device, control system, etc., it can be designed as multiple-bag type. Ash-laden gas goes into bottom of the middle cylinder via air inlet and arrives at dust bin; parts of big particles crash and falls into dust bin directly due to the inertial collision and natural sedimentation and go into different bags. After filtered by cartridge, particles are left outside of filter, clean air goes into box though cartridge and relieved though poppet valves, air outlet. Dust in dust bin will be discharged in a certain period by screw conveyor and rigidity turbine unloader. Powder layer becomes thicker and thicker as dust attached to the outside surface, herein, the resistance value of collector raise with that. When the resistance is over preset value, soot cleaning controller send signals to close a poppet valve in one chamber to cut the flow, open the electromagnetism pulse valve and spray pressed air which goes though air bag, pulse valve, nozzle of spray tube to Cartridge type in a short time( 0.065~0.085 sec.). Pressed air expands in high speed in cylinder and makes Cartridge type vibrate in high frequency to be out of shape, with help of countercurrent air flow, dust layer is out of shape and drops. Taking the dust falling time into consideration, poppet valves are reopened after a certain period, and next chamber start deashing.
