IBC Drum (Four-drum) Automatic Filling Machine is mainly composed of filling gun device, PLC system control part, weighing system, conveying equipment, etc. It is a highly automated packaging equipment. Its main function is to automatically fill liquid materials into a predetermined weight. During the filling process, it can effectively avoid material spillage, prevent environmental pollution, and protect operators. The system works stably and reliably and is easy to operate. Working principle
The automatic control instrument receives the weight signal given by the weighing sensor and controls the opening of the feed valve (0-90 degrees) to achieve the purpose of automatic filling; whether the filling head has a lifting function can be designed according to the material characteristics.
Steps:
Manually put the pallet (containing empty drums) into the empty drum position.
Automatically moves the filling nozzle to the drum mouth, positions it, and gives a signal to start filling. Canned in turn.
The controller automatically monitors and feeds back control signals.
According to the control signal and controlled by the solenoid valve, the filling valve realizes the control of large, small and cut off flow.
The filling nozzle lifting control can be designed according to the material characteristics.
