Working principle:
The material is transported to the grinding chamber through a pump, and the feed port is equipped with a pressure meter for pressure display and protection;
The drive disperser can be turbine type, impeller type, or pin type. The grinding medium has the best motion trajectory, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency.
The material is continuously subjected to the shear, friction and impact of the grinding medium from entering the grinding chamber, so as to achieve high efficiency grinding;
The grinding cylinder with a cooling jacket exchanges away the heat generated by grinding; The fence-type separator and the externally driven screen discharging device greatly increase the filtering area and ensure the smoothness of the material;
