Lab Dual Shafts Butterfly Dispersing Mixer is a new product developed by SIEHE Industry with dispersing, stirring (scraping) functions for laboratory use. It is good for the materials with mid-and-high viscosity and thixotropy property.  Dispersing and mixing of materials can work at same time, which makes it more adaptable.  It also can be customized based on the materials property and production technology.

Working Principle

Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. The strong shear impact and friction between the particles achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution function. The butterfly agitator can produce better radial and axial action, accelerate the material circulation, and improve the dispersion efficiency.
