Working Principle:

The equipment consists of transmission parts, stirrer, circular barrel, high-speed fly cutter; stirrer plough in high-speed operation of the material in addition to axial dispersion, but also can drive the material along the drum for circumferential flow, materials through the continuous throwing and dispersal of the circular effect, to achieve uniformity of mixing. With the high-speed fly cutter, auxiliary mixing and the role of the lumps of material dispersion and depolymerisation, the material in the plough and fly cutter under the dual role can be evenly mixed in a relatively short period of time.

Lab plough vacuum drying mixer is based on vacuum drying technology, through the generation of vacuum environment, the moisture or solvent of the material to be dried will be evaporated to achieve the purpose of drying.

It is mainly composed of vacuum system, dryer, heating device, temperature controller and so on. Among them, the vacuum pump is responsible for generating a vacuum environment and pumping the air out of the barrel; the main part of the dryer is used to place the material to be dried; the vacuum instrument is used to detect the air pressure and vacuum degree inside the box; the heating device is used to heat the material inside the drying barrel, while the temperature controller is used to control the heating temperature so that the drying box can maintain a certain temperature.
