Lab Vertical Vacuum Drying Mixer
Lab Vertical Vacuum Drying Mixer is specially developed for the needs of scientific research units, colleges and universities and factory laboratories. Adopting European synchronous technology, it is suitable for powder & particles mixing, drying and reaction process test platform, stirring soft or strong optional, equipped with electric lifting system, easy to feed, but also used for equipment cleaning after the test, to meet the requirements of GMP standards; The lifting system adopts imported products from Europe, and the equipment lifting bracket adopts integrated electric push rod aluminum alloy material; The remaining parts are all made of SS304 stainless steel, and can be customized with SS316L material; SS321 stainless steel, or other high hardness alloy stirrer, can also be polyurethane lined or sprayed with high wear resistant material (improve working head life, reduce metal pollution); The machine has compact structure, simple operation and easy maintenance.
Note: Spindle and screw heating models can be customized.

Working Principle:
Vertical Ribbon Mixer is composed of a rotating spiral and a fixed barrel. When the material in the barrel enters the machine, starts to rotate, upward while the material in the center moves downward, thus mixing movable powders and particles. A large number of materials can be mixed in a short time. Can achieve high standards of uniform mixing, material discharge thoroughly clean.
Lab Vertical Vacuum Drying Mixer is based on vacuum drying technology, by creating a vacuum environment, the moisture or solvent of the substance to be dried out, to achieve the purpose of drying.
It is mainly composed of vacuum system, dryer, heating device, temperature controller and so on. Among them, the vacuum pump is responsible for creating a vacuum environment and pumping the air inside the barrel; The main part of the dryer is used to place the material to be dried; Vacuum instrument is used to detect the pressure and vacuum inside the box; The heating device is used to heat the material in the drying barrel, and the temperature controller is used to control the heating temperature, so that the drying oven can maintain a certain temperature.

Multiple forms of temperature control
The heating unit is generally heated by hot water, hot oil or steam to achieve automatic temperature control. Cooling unit, commonly used for air-cooled or water-cooled cooling units, can achieve automatic temperature control. Ensure that the material is dried within a safe temperature range overheating or undercooling.

Vacuum system, according to the requirements of dry moisture, choose different vacuum degree of pump, conventional including water ring pump, rotary vane pump, dry screw pump, etc., vacuum degree can reach -0.09~-0.098Mpa, improve the drying efficiency, equipped with dust collector, maintain a clean environmental protection laboratory environment.
