Negative Pressure Conveying is one of airflow conveying. It takes use of the airflow energy to deliver the granules along the airflow direction inside the closed pipe, which is a specific application of fluidization technology. The Negative Pressure Conveying normally takes Roots vacuum pump as power source to vacuumize the material tank into some vacuum state. Under the atmospheric pressure, two phases flow of material and gas forms at the air inlet, and they enter the cyclonic separator through the pipeline; the two phases flow inside the cyclonic separator under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, most materials are separated from the gas, then enter into the materials tank, a small amount of material go into the dust collector along with gas. Through the filtration bag, the powder is separated from the gas and recycled. And the gas will be discharged to the atmosphere.

Work Principle
Negative Pressure Conveying is a conveying method that uses negative pressure difference to transport materials to the target position. Its working principle is to reduce the pressure inside of the conveying pipeline to a negative pressure state by suction, so that the material above the conveying pipeline has a pressure difference, thereby realizing negative pressure conveying of the material.
Suction: A negative pressure is generated at the entrance of the pipeline through a vacuum pump, so that the pressure inside the pipeline is lower than the external pressure.
Material supply: Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline, the material is sucked into the pipeline.
Airflow push: After the material enters the pipeline, it flows with the high-speed airflow and is pushed by the airflow.
Conveying: Under the action of the airflow, the material is transported to the designated destination.
Separation: The material and the gas are separated during the conveying process, the material is discharged from the discharge outlet, and the gas is discharged through the fan.
