Positive Pressure Conveying

Correction: Positive Pressure Conveying takes Roots fan as power source. The air temperature at the fan out is lowered to room temperature when it passes through cooler, and the cooled air is stored in the air tanks. Positive pressure dilute phase conveying is that the materials enter to conveying pipeline from sending tank. Due to the fixed-frequency opening and closing of solenoid valve, the compressed air forms pulse air flow (air knife). With the help of air knife, materials are distributed (the material is in plunger state in the pipeline). With static pressure difference before and back the plug, the materials are pushed forward. After the mixture of materials and air enter into the material tank with pulse type dust collector, the air and materials are separated, materials are stored while air is discharged. Positive pressure dense phase conveying is that the material is in the sending tank (pressure vessel), and the tank body is pressurized to make the material suspended. After the discharge valve is opened, the gas-powder mixture is transported from the upper pipeline of the tank body into the material tank with a pulse dust collector, and the gas and material are separated to achieve material storage and gas discharge.

Application Material Applicable for horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granules and small lump materials, such as food, plastic granules, cement, fly ash, pesticides, titanium dioxide, pigment etc. The material temperature is less than 200 ℃. Pneumatic conveyor is not suitable for transportation of perishable, sticky, or easy to agglomerate materials.

Work Principle

Positive Pressure conveying (Recommended): The low pressure air from the air source go to the pump diffusion room after going through regulation valve (or pressure relief valve), butterfly check valve, flexible air pipeline, spraying nozzle. The powders or granules will be blown off when they fall down from the hopper to high-speed air flow area between the spraying nozzle and the diffuser. Together with gasification of the bottom gasification device, the materials are gasified and become suspension. And then the materials are delivered to the tapered tube of the diffuser by the high-speed airflow. Go to the delivery pipe after going through the diffuser throat until the required discharging port. Then the process finishes.
