Reciprocating Vacuum Disperser With Scraper
The reciprocating Vacuum Disperser With Scraper is a machine’s dispersing disc can reciprocate up and down under closed mixing conditions, so that the dispersing disc can reach the upper, middle and lower layers of materials in the tank, which has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials. The scraper is made of special high-lubricity PTFE or PEEK material, which can easily scrape the material on the tank wall off to improve the mixing and heat exchange effect. It adopts a vacuum-tight design and is matched with various forms of vacuum pumps or pump groups to achieve different vacuum conditions. The maximum vacuum degree can reach -0.099MPa (10mbar), which is suitable for material dispersing and mixing under special conditions such as vacuum degassing, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection. An extended temperature probe can be designed to detect the material temperature in real time.

Work principle
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The PTFE scraper rotates sticky to the tank wall, scraping the material off the wall and meanwhile enhancing the circulation of the material.
The hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend through the hydraulic pump, driving the whole transmission and working group up and down. And the cover and tank are completely closed to realize vacuum dispersing result with the help of vacuum system.

Adopt oil cylinder as lifting actuator, with control valve to control the disperser up, stop, down, easy operation and stable. The cover completely closes that produces a space of high vacuum degree to prevent solvent evaporation.. All the working condition can be supervised with the help of the sight glass with a lamp.
