Small Bag Automatic Packing Machine
Small Bag Auto Packing Machine a developed new generation smart packing machine based on Vertical Screw Packing Machine. One machine performs all works: Auto bag-making, weighing, inserting nitrogen, coding, cutting bags. Its electric control system adopts advanced programmable controller and LCD touch screen display which are easy to operate and have good man-machine interface. With characteristics of fast packing, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, it is widely used in chemical, salt, grain and other granular powder industries.

Working Principle
The Small bag Auto Packing Machine normally works with screw feeding machine to feed materials stably. The process is as following: Manually put a roll of plastic papers at the end of bag-making machine and charge materials to the screw feeder, then start the machine. The machine will automatically make the bags, weigh the materials, fill the materials, inset nitrogen, print code, cut the bags. Control system adopts PLC control and touch screen HMI display, easy to operate.

The surface of the machine excluding the motor are all made of stainless steel. Combined transparent materials hopper can be disassembled for clean without any tools.

High Packing Accuracy and Intelligence
Adopting servo motor to drive the screw makes it anti-abrasive, precise in positioning, settable in speed and stable in performance. Its electric control system adopts advanced programmable controller and LCD touch screen display which are easy to operate and have good man-machine interface. With characteristics of fast packing, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability. No need to stop the machine, you can regulate and correct the sealing and cutting position on touch screen directly to ensure flat sealing and neat incision. Adopt intelligent temperature controller to have the temperature within 3 ℃. Tooth type sealing device to have firmer sealing.
