Top-Entry High-shear dispersing emulsifiers are divided into two main types: high-shear dispersing emulsifiers and jetmixer emulsifiers. The high-shear dispersing emulsifier is a high-performance emulsification device used for producing various emulsions and suspensions in batch operations. It adopts rotor-stator working principle, making it particularly suitable for challenging emulsification scenarios that are difficult to achieve with traditional mixing methods. The stator is mounted on the shaft tube, enabling it to handle various high-viscosity materials. The preferred installation position is insertion from the top of the reactor. Multiple emulsification head types are available, perfectly adaptable to emulsification operations in small to medium-sized reactors. The rotary shaft sealing system offers a dual choice of lip seal (KN) or mechanical seal (KV).

 

The jetmixer emulsifier features a unique rotor-stator structure that produces powerful macroscopic and microscopic mixing. When simple mixing is insufficient, and the effect of the high-shear dispersion emulsifier is too intense, jetmixer emulsifier is the optimal choice.

Working Principle

High-shear dispersing emulsifier: The main working components consist of a stator and a rotor. Under the centrifugal and hydraulic forces of the rapidly rotating rotor, the stator subjects the material to a combination of intense shearing, centrifugal compression, impact crushing, liquid layer friction, and turbulent homogenization, thereby achieving instantaneous, uniform, and fine dispersion and emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid, and gaseous media. Through repeated cycles, a stable, high-quality product is ultimately obtained.

 

Jetmixer emulsifier: With the cooperation of a high-speed rotating rotor and a guide chamber, a strong vertical circulation is generated, causing the liquid to circulate vertically and horizontally, achieving ideal effects of fine mixing, dissolving, stirring, dispersing, refining, and emulsifying. This machine has the effect of pulling down solutes with a specific gravity less than the solvent, avoiding the inability of floating materials to enter the emulsification head, and providing better emulsification effects for materials with large specific gravity differences that are floating and undissolved.
