Three-pole Lifting Type Extrusion Machine is the supporting equipment for all kinds of high viscosity mixer, its role is to discharge or dispense the high viscosity materials produced by the mixer, and it is also used to take out the materials in the packing barrel; the form has single-cylinder and three-cylinder type, generally hydraulic drive, through the cylinder as a lifting and lowering actuator, with a control valve to control the extruder to rise, stop, and fall, and less often pneumatic drive, which can be the barrel of high viscosity materials, adhesives, inks, resins, etc. through the press plate pressure to the materials from the press plate or the barrel of materials to be removed. It can convey the high viscosity materials such as adhesive, ink, resin, etc. in the barrel to the pipeline through the pressure exerted by the platen to convey the materials to the pipeline from the outlet on the platen or at the bottom of the barrel to realize the purpose of discharging the materials.
The extruder can be designed with different tonnage according to the viscosity of the material and the discharge speed to achieve the pipeline pressure of 5~25bar.

Working Principle
Hydraulic discharging machine consists of base plate, barrel positioning, hydraulic cylinder, beam, motor, gear pump, pressure plate, electric control box and so on. Hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted within the pressure range of 0-20MPa at all levels, the piston rod can stay in any position, and can work continuously under pressure preservation and stabilization; pressure plate rubber ring and container barrel wall contact (with vacuum defoaming device), preventing the material from flowing outward, the container can be discharged without stagnation of the material; lifting support by the hydraulic lifting to the top position, to facilitate the operation of the operator to pack the work, with a simple structure, easy to operate and so on. It is characterized by simple structure and convenient operation.
