Weighing Type Semi-auto Filling Machine
Semi-automatic Filling Machine(Weighing Type ) adopts gravimetric method to measure, by weighing sensor output signal to control the charging valve opening, so as to realize the purpose of automatic filling. By equipped with a pump in the front end of the feeding port, or pressuring the material tanks to sent material from tank to the filling machine. The filter device can be added before filling to guarantee the quality of products. The equipment has advantages of high filling efficiency and small filling error. SIEHE Semi-automatic Filling Machine (Weighing Type ) is widely used in industries such as coating, printing ink, paint, asphalt, glue, lubricant, petrochemical, fineness chemical etc.. Working Principle
Automatic control instrument receives weight signal from weighing sensor to control charging valve’s opening (0-90 degrees), to achieve the purpose of automatic filling; with a roller conveyor and lid-pressing/clamping device, the machine complete the material filling and sealing process.
