Project background

Process flow
For the production of high solid content & high viscosity materials, SIEHE GROUP customized one whole units of sealing sealant production line machines. This system includes: Vacuum feeder system (for powder raw materials feeding), Double Planetary Mixer System, Discharging system, Tank washing system, Tracking system (used to connect the machine, tanks moved automatically on the system), and control system.

1）Vacuum feeder system
Powder materials will be fed into the double planetary mixer by the vacuum feeder. At the bottom of the vacuum hopper, connected with one pneumatic butterfly valve, to stop the dust get into the hopper. Valve installed on the top cover of the planetary mixer, used to control the feeding of powder raw materials.

2）Double planetary dispersing mixer
2 units of 1000L Double Planetary Mixer, with screw frame agitators (precision casting as an unit with all stainless steel, with strong mixing & kneading power, especially made for the high solid content & high viscosity paste materials. Lathed by CNC center, the manufacturing accuracy can be 10um, the gaps between the agitators, agitators to the tank wall, and agitators to the tank bottom can be controlled precisely, to achieve dead-angle-free mixing as well as strong kneading effect. Vacuum port is reserved for connecting the vacuum system on the customer's site, with pressure sensor to display the vacuum and pressure on the touch screen, which can set the vacuum degree and keep the pressure automatically; top in type temperature probe directly monitors the temperature of the material; the removable tank is a double-layer with Heating/cooling jacket and decoration layer, which can satisfy the stringent requirements to control the temp. of the materials during mixing.
3）Discharge system
2 units of 1000L extrusion machines used, press plant pressed the materials out from the removable tanks. Control system can be set with continuous discharging, or intermittent discharging with button control. Can work with several removable tanks.

4）Tank washing system
The washing machine with pneumatic lifting system, with one pneumatic lifting cover; on the cover, evenly layout 3 units of spray balls, can be used to spray the washing liquid (pressure can be controlled through the air source); washing brush can be stretched to work with different removable tanks with various dimensions.
5）Tracking system
With tracking system to connect the machines (Double planetary mixers, extrusion machines and washing machine) together. On the tracking system, with turn table, which can be used to change direction. With empty tanks transfer location, mixing location, discharging location and washing location. Easier operation, higher efficiency and less space needed.

6）Control system
The whole system with PLC + HMI touch screen, high automation and easier for integrated controlling. Can programmed with over 20 sets of parameters.
