SIEHE has Collaborated with High-Tech Innovator Youqian to Upgrade Water-based Coating Production Capacity

Recently, the Tri-shaft Dispersing Mixing Vessel custom-engineered by SIEHE Group for Zhejiang Youqian Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully delivered. During the initial phase of collaboration, Youqian's technical team conducted an in-depth assessment of SIEHE Group's production base, thoroughly evaluating the performance of its equipment, process flows, and global service cases. Rigorous experimental tests were performed, with the results fully meeting the client's expectations, ultimately leading to the successful implementation of the partnership.

The Tri-shaft Dispersing Mixing Vessel delivered features powerful dispersion and mixing capabilities. It adopts a unique three-shaft mixing design, which can be equipped with three different types of agitators. The center is a scraper anchor type, and the two sides can be selected for high-speed disperser, high-shear homogenizer, screw type, frame type, etc. The main shaft of the agitator adopts double mechanical seals with flushing solutions, reliable and stable performance, and low bearing temperature rise. For comprehensive safety, the equipment is specially equipped with a positive pressure explosion-proof electrical control cabinet. All internal electrical components are selected from international first-line brands such as Schneider, with a protection level as high as IP65.

To ensure seamless integration of the equipment with the production line, SIEHE Group immediately dispatched senior engineers to the customer's facility upon the equipment's arrival for installation and commissioning. The engineers meticulously calibrated the equipment parameters based on the on-site conditions and production requirements to achieve optimal performance.
