SIEHE Successfully Delivered the Automated Powder Material Production Line to Empower Russian Fisheries

Recently, SIEHE Group officially delivered and put into operation the automated powder material production line for Русский минтай, a Russian fish processing enterprise. Русский минтай produces healthy and environmentally friendly fish products that are sold in over 30 countries across Europe, America, and Asia, holding a leading position in the global cod market.

The newly delivered automated powder material production line covers processes such as unpacking and feeding, batching, mixing, conveying, and packaging. Its production efficiency is twice that of traditional equipment. In the automatic batching stage, raw materials are discharged through an integrated unpacking station that can handle both ton-bags and small sacks. The conical bottom of the unpacking station is connected to a vacuum feeding machine, ensuring a fully enclosed and dust-free operation as the powder materials are vacuum-conveyed to their corresponding raw material silos. All parts in contact with the powder materials are made of SS304 stainless steel. Its excellent corrosion resistance and high hygiene standards can effectively prevent material contamination, thereby ensuring the quality and safety of the processed products.

The core equipment of the production line, the Horizontal Ribbon Mixer, adopts a dual-ribbon design, delivering high mixing efficiency while minimizing material damage. Additionally, load cells installed at the bottom perform secondary weighing of raw materials, ensuring precise ingredient batching accuracy. The entire production line is centrally controlled from a master console, with all nodal PLCs interconnected to the SCADA system. Operators can manage the full production process directly from their workstations, delivering high automation levels and significantly improving production efficiency.

To ensure the equipment operates with high efficiency and stability under the extreme conditions of Russia's Far East, SIEHE Group will deploy senior engineers to the production site for comprehensive calibration of all critical parameters. This meticulous adjustment process guarantees the equipment's immediate adaptability to diverse material processing requirements upon commissioning.

This delivery not only represents the output of equipment and technology but also vividly exemplifies the collaborative progress of Chinese and Russian enterprises.
