For high-viscosity materials such as adhesives, sealants, and electronic adhesives, SIEHE will highlight its Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line, which integrates automatic batching, mixing, pressing, cleaning, and automated tank movement. Driven by an advanced HMI control system, it achieves full automation, greatly improving processing efficiency and quality stability.

The Double Planetary Disperser Mixer handles viscosities up to 10,000 Pa·s. The full series is CE certified and ATEX compliant. Its precision-cast, CNC-machined helical agitators offer high strength and precision, delivering excellent kneading, uniformity, and mixing efficiency for high-viscosity materials. Combined with a powerful high-speed disperser, it ensures efficient mixing and dispersing.

The New-generation Reciprocating Vacuum Disperser with Scraper, featuring European-standard technology, is engineered for solid-liquid dispersion of medium-to-high-viscosity slurries. Its large-diameter high-efficiency toothed disperser performs vertical reciprocating motion while rotating at high speed under high vacuum, accelerating dissolution and improving dispersion efficiency. Powerful scrapers ensure dead-zone-free mixing and greater uniformity. The entire series is CE certified and ATEX compliant.
