SIEHE Successfully Concluded Its Participation in ASE CHINA 2026

On September 17, the 29th China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition (ASE CHINA 2026) successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. During the exhibition, SIEHE Group focused on practical adhesive production needs, showcased comprehensive solutions ranging from individual machines to automated production lines, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with global industry partners on technological innovation and high-quality development in the adhesives industry.

At the exhibition, SIEHE addressed key challenges in adhesive production and the growing demand for large-scale and intelligent manufacturing, showcasing a range of core equipment and complete solutions. The Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line integrated automated batching, mixing, pressing, cleaning, and material-tank transfer. Equipped with an HMI-based control system, the line enabled highly automated production processes, helping improve process consistency and production efficiency. For high-viscosity, high-solid-content materials, SIEHE highlighted the Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer, which can handle viscosities of up to 10,000 Pa·s. Precision-cast twisted blades and a double-layer high-speed disperser worked in synergy to provide strong kneading performance, uniform mixing, and high processing efficiency. The Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer integrated mixing, reaction, and drying functions. Its specially designed ribbon agitator ensured thorough material turnover while maintaining minimal clearance from the vessel wall, helping reduce material adhesion. Its main shaft is equipped with a double mechanical seal to ensure reliable vacuum operation, while the drying efficiency can reach 3–5 times that of conventional equipment.

In addition, SIEHE unveiled New-generation Vacuum disperser with Scraper, Horizontal Beads Mill, Lab Vertical Kneader, Lab Horizontal plough vacuum dryer, and Lab Multi-functional Machine. Covering a wide range of applications from laboratory R&D to large-scale production, these products further demonstrated SIEHE's diversified product portfolio and equipment manufacturing capabilities.

This participation showcased SIEHE's equipment technologies and overall capabilities while further strengthening its brand presence in the industry.
