Single-pole Type Extrusion Machine that the equipment configuration of a single cylinder pressure form, is a variety of high-viscosity mixer supporting equipment, its role is to mixer produced by the high-viscosity materials for discharging or packaging, but also for packaging barrels to take out the material; structural form of a single-cylinder type and three-cylinder type, generally hydraulic drive, less pneumatic drive, which will be able to barrels of adhesives, inks, resins, and other high-viscosity materials through the pressure plate pressure to the material from the pressure plate or the outlet at the bottom of the barrel to the pipeline to achieve the purpose of discharging. Working Principle
Hydraulic discharger is composed of base plate, barrel positioning, hydraulic cylinder, crossbeam, motor, gear pump, pressure plate, electric control box and so on. Hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted within the pressure range of 0-20MPa at all levels, the piston rod can stay at any position, and can work continuously under pressure preservation and stabilization; the pressure plate rubber ring in contact with the barrel wall of the container (can be equipped with vacuum defoaming device), so that the material does not return to the outside, and the material in the container can be discharged without residues.
