Tri-shaft Dispersing Mixer
Tri-shaft Dispersing Mixer is a product with strong dispersing and mixing functions. Common agitator used are two high-speed disperser shafts with anchor-type scraping mixing, which has a strong shear effect and extremely high mixing efficiency; this product has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials; Instead of two high-speed dispersers shafts, can also use one middle speed mixing agitator, such as spiral, paddle, double-wing frame, three-wing frame, etc. The best mixing form can be designed according to the characteristics of the material and the production process.

Working Principal:
The mixing agitator rotates in a fixed direction driven by the motor; during the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially. The material in the mixer has both axial and circular motions, so there are several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing at the same time. A scraper is installed on the mixing paddle, which scrapes against the barrel wall. As the agitator rotates, the scraper completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall, and at the same time improves the mixing effect.
The high speed disperser disc rotates at high speed to make the material flow in an annular shape, generate a strong vortex, and spirally descend to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The disperser disc produces a better radial effect through circular motion, accelerates material circulation, and improves dispersion efficiency.
The hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic plunger to rise and fall through the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to rise and fall.

High mixing efficiency and wide application
The tri-shaft dispersing mixer consists of a wall-scraping agitator and two sets of high (medium) speed dispersing disc. The three sets of agitators work simultaneously to mix and shear the materials under strong force, achieving the purpose of rapid mixing; the agitators are of various types, various types of agitators can be customized for the best mixing efficiency per different viscosities and specific gravities of materials.

Convenient and safe for operation
The equipment uses a hydraulic cylinder as a lifting actuator, and a control valve to control the working head lifting up, stop, and down; easy to operate and has high stability. The agitator paddle is fixed to the main shaft with fixed bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement, and easy to clean. With different clamping methods (belt, hand crank, pneumatic), which can quickly fix the mixing barrel to prevent the barrel from moving and causing safety accidents during work.

No residue on the wall and clean discharging
A scraper is installed on the agitator to scrape the barrel wall closely. The barrel wall is finely processed by a vertical lathe and then polished by an automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall when rotating, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall and the mixing effect is improved.

Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, vacuum type, heating type, intelligent type with PLC control, and the material can be customized to be SS316L or special Spraying materials according to requirements.
