The structure features multiple stirring form combinations (dispersing, emulsifying, anchor-type, screw-type, frame-type, disc-type, three-bladed, multi-layer slant slurry). Multiple paddles effectively address the mixing challenges of medium and high-viscosity materials, with a processing capacity of up to 5000 L and power ratings of up to 500 kW. The system utilizes an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, ensuring a compact structure, multiple operational modes, simple operation, and high stability.

    The equipment uses a cylinder as a lifting actuator, controlled by a valve to manage the working head's rise, stop, and fall, ensuring ease of operation and high stability. The mixing paddle is fixed to the main shaft with bolts, making it easy to dismantle, replace, and clean. Various clamp types (belt, hand-cranked, pneumatic) allow for quick fixation of the mixing barrel, preventing displacement during operation and enhancing safety.
  • No Material Sticking to the Wall, Clean Discharging
    The mixer is equipped with a scraper that closely follows the barrel wall. The barrel wall is finished with a vertical lathe and polished by an automatic polishing machine, ensuring that the movable scraper completely removes material from the wall during rotation, eliminating stagnant material and improving mixing efficiency.

Material contact parts can be customized using various metals, including 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and duplex steel. The surface of the metal can also be coated with a variety of anticorrosive and abrasion-resistant materials, such as tungsten carbide, alumina, PTFE, or hard chrome plating.
