Electrical Lifting High Speed Disperser
The Electrical Lifting High Speed Disperser is to install the disperser on a frame with lifting function, so that the disperser can be lifted up and down, which expandsthe application range of disperser, and makes the operation safer, more convenient and faster. Equipped with an electric lifting mechanism, the operator only needs to press inching the operation button to lift up or down the disperser to the required height, which greatly saves auxiliary time and allows more time to be used in the dispersing process. Nowadays, it is a period labor cost gets more and more expensive, safe and efficient operations are crucial. Advantages: Different working heads can be replaced according to different processes, such as emulsifier, mixer, basket mill, grinding mill, etc., and a vacuum system can also be configured.

Working principle
Equipped with electric lifting mechanism, it drives the whole transmission mechanism and working group to up and down. Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles. European synchronous technology double-layer shear dispersing disc can be selected, which has high dispersing efficiency and high uniformity.

Flexible lifting, easy operation
The lifting function is extremely flexible, the user can easily set the lifting range (recommended lifting range: 0-600mm). Simply adjusting the height of the dispersion disc within this range to accurately achieve the most ideal dispersion process effect.
